Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-4 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order.

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 1-3 weeks on average. For International orders, please allow 3-4 weeks. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
